These instructions show how to set up a
US Robotics V.90 or V.92 56K Faxmodem as either
a transmitting or a receiving modem in order to
send messages to Alpha and Alpha Eclipse signs. This Tech Memo replaces
Tech Memos #01-0011A and #97-0012.
